Franck Boursier, CoFounder and CEO

Franck Boursier, a civil, structural, and petroleum engineer, has spent 25 years transforming complex engineering challenges into innovative solutions. Raised in a family of French homebuilders, Franck’s early passion for construction evolved into a global career with ExxonMobil, where he spearheaded multi-billion-dollar energy projects and developed expertise in designing resilient structures. A graduate of Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (Master in Civil and Structural Engineering) and the French Petroleum Institute (Master in Petroleum Engineering), Franck’s academic foundation supports his lifelong vision to integrate engineering excellence with sustainable development.

In 2018, Franck transitioned from mega-projects to leading his efforts to form Everlasting Homes Building Group LLC, in Houston, Texas. This venture focuses on creating resilient, cost-effective housing solutions. Franck combines cutting-edge engineering with the legacy of his family’s craftsmanship, offering homes that are sustainable, disaster-resistant, and affordable over time. His mission is clear: empower communities with housing that protects families and enhances financial stability, bridging innovation with compassion. At the heart of Franck’s journey is a question that shaped his vision: If we can engineer oil and gas floating platforms to survive hurricanes, why not apply the same principles to protect homes? Today, Franck continues to champion resilient housing designs, ensuring that every home built serves as a lasting investment in safety, sustainability, and community.
